Background and brief
Heat Different design, supply and install renewable heating systems, including ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps and biomass boilers. The team had previously worked with Communicate at another company and asked us to help them formulate and implement a digital marketing plan to raise awareness and generate leads.

 

Results
A fully responsive and search engine friendly website was produced, replacing a previous site which did not work as a lead generation tool. The site focuses on core product areas, with clear calls to action and case studies to showcase their work.
Initial leads generated from Google Adwords and the keywords and phrases from the campaign were added to the keyword research carried out as part of the SEO implementation. The site ranks highly on Google for key search terms and has started to generate a good volume of leads.

 

The work
• Thorough design, content and technical analysis of their existing website and social media.
• Design, build and copy for new responsive website, with content management system (CMS), allowing it to be easily updated.
• Keyword research and content plan, including competitor analysis.
• Improved the structure of their Twitter, Facebook and Google My Business pages.
• Google Adwords was used tactically after the website launch to focus on ground source and air source heat pumps, positioning the site at the top of Google and generating leads.
• SEO – including link building, regular blogging and ongoing social media content was implemented, with reports presented every three months to keep track of progress.
The same process was also used for their sister company, Power Different Ltd.
